Janet, when I planted my Yukon Golds this year, I cut them into pretty
small pieces, and every one has put up luxurient growth. Not yet quite time
to check for spuds, but it won't be long. I think that as long as the
pieces have at least one eye, they should produce. What do you potato
experts say?
