   I can answer that one. Commercial greenhouses used to use electric 
vibrators to shake the plants, now they mostly have switched to bumblebees to 
save labor costs.  In your case shaking is the more cost-effective.

   To avoid the risk of plant breakage, you might use a large fan or leaf 
blower.  Tomatoes are self fertile, but pollen transfer is often poor without 
some kind of assistance. Outdoors you have both wind and (hopefully) bees to 
do the job.
