I think it is necessary to stake the tomatoes so as to give them support so
that they can wind around them and give more growth and quality fruits.
as far as the pollination is concerned tomatoes are wind pollinated and u
need not wurry about that if u have a controlled green house.
and the temp. as I live in India out here the tomatoes are cultivated all
round the yr.. and and it is grown in summers also where the temp. is as
high as 40 degrees Celsius.
