Re: What IS that stuff?


Since nobody else has tackled this yet, let me make the
ungraceful suggestion that the "eggs" were the, um,
excreta of the worm.  There are several kinds of worms
with really healthy appetites that prefer cabbage-family
plants.  I have few plants and control them by hand-
picking.  You have to look carefully because they are
often exactly the color of the leaves or stems they hide
(and dine) on.
