IS IT SPRING??
We've got:
In bloom: crocuses, dafffodils, forsythia, verbenum, quince bushes
Emerging and in some cases budding: tulips, hyacinths
Is it OK to plant out my indoor-started brassicas now? And
direct-outdoor-seeded radishes and beets? (If it's 29 degrees F tonight,
should I wait until tomorrow?)
