Whoa......back up the bean truck! So it is not a good idea to get the
leaves of bean plants wet? All bean plants? I am starting Bush Blue Lake
green beans from seed (havent sprouted yet) and I didnt know this. So when
I transplant them to my garden I should use a flat hose in this area?
Shoot, as I look at my garden plans, I see my beans and tomatoes are very
far from eachother. Maybe I should use a flat hose for the whole garden?
I wanted to hand water my garden every morning with a wand. Hmmm...maybe a
little impracticle considering my garden is to be 34' by 20'...but I love
to hand water.
Oh, and all this talk of you lucky devils picking ripe tomatoes is making
me sick. :-) We just got a foot of snow about 100 miles away from us
yesterday.
