I grow lettuce, radishes and other salad material in 2 foot square trays.
This year I am adding baby finger carrots and herbs. It wowed them last
year at Farmer's Market when they could pick their own. They couldn't get
any fresher. It also allows me to have edibles earlier altho this week
is prime for dandelion and nettle greens.
