many different types of displays but is apperance important?
What have you planted in containers and what would you do differently? >>
Except for one raised bed where I have some tomatoes, cucumbers and
raspberries, everything else I grow is in containers.
It all depends on how much you want and how ambitious you are. I have
several containers of tomatoes, cucumbers, basil, dill, peas, & strawberries.
This year I decided to cut back on veggies and concentrate more on flowers.
In past years, however, I have also included squash, peppers, broccoli, and
brussel sprouts in my containers. It requires a bit more watering and care
but is definitely do-able.
