Re: What is dining in my garden?


Seattle = slugs. Look for the tiny ones this time of year. They like to
curl up under the nearest dry protection - a board, leaves, etc. They'll be
munching at night so a trip out at dusk with a flashlight will show you
your culprits. It could also be earwigs, even birds. But my money's on the
slug. When you find them, put them tenderly on the closest hard surface and
STOMP! This is why they make gardening boots with those extra-thick soles
:-)
