Re: Vegetable foilage


The flowering kales and cabbages are good choices:  they make beautiful
garnishes.  I have even seen one used to make a remarkable bridal bouquet
(trust me, I was a florist once:  the bouquet was wonderful).  It was in one
of Hillier's books, I think.

Shiso, a Japanese herb, is a nice purple.  I like feathery dill and sweet
anise.

And don't forget the edible flowers:  nasturtiums, for example.  This is all
makes me want to start digging away!!
