Hi there,
I grow kale we love it here in our Ct zone 6 garden. Your not that much of a differance
zone wise than we are. Kale is best started in July or early august at the lastest. Harvest
it once it has been hit by a frost and you will find the most flavorful member of the
cabbage family used for greens around. Bruce/ct
