I planted my carrots in a straight line then put a long 1"x 4" board over it
and watered every day...they germinated in about 5-6 days and I then removed
the board , they are doing great , I have to be carefull weeding right now
for they are still small, and thin...but I`m so proud of them ...I`m blushing
right now,,,LOL..: )
