Hi Paul from UK,
Yes, the frost is the only weather situation we have in common, it
seems. Indiana did have a good growing season. I can think of nothing
worse then working the ground, planting, then having your hard work
and high expectations come to naught. Oh well, there is always next
season.
Are there Persimmon trees in the UK? If there are, you can always
harvest them and enjoy the tasty puddings thru the long winter.
I suspect both of us will revert to lurking (although we are good
people), because there is not much to converse with others when your
garden is finished.
Are there others out there in veggie-land harvesting Persimmons?
