Hello,
I need advice on how to make the most of the harvest!
I was wondering if anyone knows of a way to preserve eggplant?
How long will roasted peppers last in oil?
I don't have time at the moment to make too many recipies to freeze as
that seems the most logical approach.
I will be freezing most of my peppers and tomatoes.
Any suggestions will be appreciated.
