A question for you:
Should we just leave the garden "as is" with veggies still there....a few
eggplant, a straggling squash or zucchini or two, a row of swiss
chard..........or till it in before we leave the mountains this month?
We are new at this.....going from NC to Fl...spending May through October in
the mountains of NC and November through April in Florida.
When we return in the spring, the garden is such a job to prepare and we're
not getting any younger....Any wonderful suggestions from you experienced
gardeners?
When we return, my husband insists on tilling ( I think too deeply, thus
disturbing all the weeds ) but I don't have the solution. Help, if you
can.
Thanks!!
