-----------Malabar spinach?  This is my 1st time growing this 
beautiful plant and although I was late getting it in the ground, there 
is a plethora of leaves to harvest.  I tried them raw and found the 
texture odd, almost mucilaginous and the flavor............?
Anyone have experience with these greens  and any 
recipes/suggestions for using them? I would appreciate some ideas 
for its' use.  I grew them as a spinach substitute (can't tolerate 
oxalic acid) so am hopeful I can use these in recipes calling for 
spinach.
