Are you growing the red or green? The green is great in stirfry with oyster
sauce or soy sauce. You can use the red in clear soups(can send recipe if
you like) or quiche.This plant will reseed itself or come back again when
cut back for use or in winter. Do pick the leaves young as they get
tasteless when too big, Also constant picking will bring on more leaves.
