To save the seeds, let them dry on the plant. But the seed pods taste
really good too. Pick them when they're still young and green.

Thanks for the info! Do you eat the pods in a salad?
I've eaten the green radish tops prepared a couple of different ways-
lightly stir-fried in a bit of canola oil with a sprinkling of salt;
and I've also cooked them in water with oil and salt (added while cooking
or after cooked/drained).
