Re: Late Blight and Tomatos
Tunnel cloches are the answer for both preventing blight and getting a
good crop of tomatoes in the Pac NW. I cover my tomatoes and peppers
they day they are set out and the cover stays on (except for tending and
harvest) for the entire season. The ones at the ends get blighted
sometimes, but the ones in the middle stay healthy. (Make sure to run
your cloches east-west rather than N-S.)
