Re: Chitalpsis

I have a 3 year old chitalpa which flowered last summer for the first time.
Not very spectacular, I'm afraid, but I'm hoping as the plant matures, it
will become more showy. The plant grows rapidly and already has several
major stems 6-8 feet tall, despite being situated in pt shade in dreadful,
irridescent yellow clay. Come to think of it, the clay is more spectacular
than the flowers.
