I received an email on December 14 regarding a proposed vegetation management
plan from Illinois Power that was presented to the Illinois Commerce
Commission. We responded to the ICC with our criticism (the deadline for
public comments was Dec. 28). We received a reply from the ICC that Jan. 9
the tariff was suspended so that formal proceedings could take place. The
suspension will last 11 months in order to gather input from everyone
involved. If anyone would like some of the information I have on this faxed
to them please respond to me privately.
