RE: Shrubs for shade


Hi Frank,

I was curious about your inclusion of Lindera.  I've always wanted to
include this shrub in my garden, but thought it required sun (isn't it a
butterfly plant?).  I'd like to hear of your experiences.

Also, regarding Viburnum nudum 'Winterthur' -- I just saw in a local shrub
catalogue that they sell males and females separately -- so I do need a
pollinator.  Now to figure out which I have...
