Well, yes, cedar apple rust needs both cedars and apples to complete it's
cycle. But serviceberry doesn't get it. Amelanchier (Serviceberry) gets
cedar serviceberry rust. It is similar, but not the same thing. No apples
involved, just cedars and serviceberry. --Janis
