Of course in the PNW we are evergreen of
every type heaven. Junipers are definitely
around a lot and I believe several neighbors in
close proximity have them.
Any recommendations for
treatment/prevention?

Well, yes, cedar apple rust needs both cedars
and apples to complete it's
cycle. But serviceberry doesn't get it.
Amelanchier (Serviceberry) gets
cedar serviceberry rust. It is similar, but not the
same thing. No apples
involved, just cedars and serviceberry. --Janis
