They carry Iceberg, they sell own-root roses in 2 gallon pots for $15
each, and they ship in fall. 

You didn't say where you are. I understand the conventional wisdom is
that fall planting is best for warmer climates and spring for colder
ones. I don't know if this applies to potted roses, however, or just to
bare root.

Sounds like a lovely hedge.
