Roses Unlimited lists them on their website -

but, you'd have to contact them to see if they still have them.
Think it would depend where you are when you could plant - might even
be to late to get them shipped. March is rose planting time where I
am. If it's container grown, you should be able to plant anytime,
but bare root plants need to be dormant to survive the ordeal in the
first place and very early spring is when they are starting into
growth - both root and foliage - so gives them the best chance of
survival.
If you are in the deep south, you can probably plant in the fall, if
you can get the plants.
