Styrax japonica 'Pink Chimes' and Cercis?? 'Forest Pansy'

I happened to see both of these trees this weekend in a beautiful garden
gour.  They were small, immature trees.  I looked up Pink Chimes and it
seems as though Dirr says it will reach 25' feet ultimately.  I have never
grown either of these plants.
 
Can anyone tell me how fast they grow?  Could they be confined to a pot to
curb the size?
