I took a good look at my 'Forest Pansy' yesterday, Nancy. No borers that I
can see. My 12-year -old tree is now about 25 feet tall and the bronze/purplish
leaves are already beginning to turn green, although there are a few spurts
of new bronze leaves emerging at the tips of a few branches.
