Is there a systemic remedy for spruce gall?  Of the two trees my wife asked
me to plant, I have pulled off well over a hundred galls so far this year
from the healthier tree.  The other may be planted too low...it has never
looked happy.  If she were not attached to them, the spruce would be long
out of here!
