Re: wisteria

What is the health of the plant, aside from the lack of flowering?  If it is
lush and looking healthy you are being too nice to it. Give it no extra water
or fertilizer. Wisteria flower best when under some stress. Root pruning also
will help. Cut out any dead, diseased or damaged wood.
