re: Syringa reticulata 'Ivory Silk'
from Appapachian Nurseries.
The name is correct.
The ortet (the original single plant from which
a clone ultimately derives) is a seedling of S. reticulata spp.
reticulata selected for growth habit by J. J. Pokluda of Sheridan
Nurseries, and introduced in 1973 by Sheridan Nurseries of Georgetown, Ontario.
The cv. name has not been registered.
