Re: Juniper Problem

Dear Heather:
    If you live in an area where wildfires are possible then get rid of
your junipers within 40 feet of your house or other structures.
Junipers explode in fires!
    At first the decision to get rid of the junipers seemed outrageous.
Then the reality of the fire danger made the decision seem more
reasoned.   I got rid of my junipers after the horrid fire season on
1988.  It opened up my house and created a much better feel around the
house.   You'll also be able to try new concepts in landscaping.
