Hi Mark,
I don't recall ever seeing a response to this on the list, so I'll
send you one now...
I have the information here, but it's really in-depth and too long
to type in to the computer. I recommend looking at a copy of
Michael Dirr's "Manual of Woody Landscape Plants" or "The Reference
Manual of Woody Plant Propagation." As he says,
"An expanded discussion of juniper propagation is necessary
because of their importance to the nursery industry and the
tremendous volume of literature. Simply stated, there is no
ubiquitous recipe for all junipers."
He then goes on for another 1.5 pages detailing different methods,
etc.
