They're a nursery that specializes in conifers, located on the Oregon coast.
Most of their stuff is either grafted or really bright (or both) --
for example, I think they created Juniperus horizontalis 'Mother Lode'.
I've always been kind of horrified by some of their creations. They'll
graft the bright gold 'Mother Lode' on top of straight cedar, then graft
weeping "arms" of the side. Interesting, but not in my yard. :)
They're wholesale only, but you can probably find some suppliers in your
