Here this is a stunted, pathetic disease magnet with no redeeming
ornamental features, being the alternative host for cedar/hawthorn rust.
If you have native redcedars (Juniperus virginiana) in your vicinity I'd
strongly recommend you plant something else.
The original poster did not indicate a prference for ultimate size. It
would be useful to know if a medium/large (~45') tree would be suitable.
