I know the yellow-flowering azaleas are more difficult to grow in Missouri.
They do ok, they just don't thrive. But then they are deciduous and none of
the deciduous azaleas do as well in Missouri as the evergreen types. Still,
I detect that the yellow lines are a bit more weak and fussy than other
deciduous azaleas.

Don't know if this will be the same for true Rhododendrons, but azaleas are
the same genus. --Janis
