Brian (and all who have kindly replied with suggestions).....your pics of A.
sarian are exactly what I have, the leaf tips point to heaven and the edges
are beautifully wavy, plus lovely white veins (as shown in my pics). So I
think this is solved and I am pleased as punch to have such a beautiful and
(at least in Britain) rare plant. Many thanks everyone.
