Re: Scindapsus

Hi everyone,
I thought Philodendron hederaceium was better known as P.'Micans'. It is velvety and has a slight bronzy cast to the leaves.

Subject: [Aroid-l] Scindapsus

I was mixed between Philodendron and Scindapus Denis.  Whoever sent it to me called it a Scindapus and it has just been on a shelf for quite awhile.  I did find the photo on Marek's site but I have a question I can't get answered.  Mine is extremely glosssy and I had thought Philodendron hederaceium tended to be velvet or matte.  But I will accept whatever I can learn!

Thanks again!

I'm not a taxonomist but it Looks like a vining Philodendron to me.
