Try   UNIVERSITY of Utrecht Botanic Gardens,  PO Box 80.162, NL-3508 TD
Utrecht, The Netherlands.
They are members of AEG, Arisaema Enthusiasts Group, and have an
extensive collection.
There is a superb private collection in Belgium, and in Scotland the 
Edinburgh Botanic Garden has a great collection.
