The white markings are more intensive in sun. The same appears with Zantedeschia aethiopica 'Green Goddes'. In summer it was nearly green, now it is almost entirely white, except le tip of the spathe.

Arum italicum 'Pictum' and I've seen somewhere Dracunculus vulgaris with
variegated leaf.
