Your probably thinking of www.exoticseeds.com.  They are are good source and Ive ordered a few times from them with nice results, (occasionally you get a rotted cutting but can't complain because you dont need a Import license and the prices are good.  I just emailed them for availability for a few plants and no responce yet.  Occasionally they will do that.  Good Luck,
