I gather from your note that A. titanum was in one of the greenhouses
adjacent to the conservatory. It is a shame that the plant was not moved
to the Conservatory itself, instead of its lobby. It would have been a
truly spectacular environment in which to view the inflorescence.
For those of you who have not been to ABG, if you get to Atlanta, and
have time to see nothing else, visit the conservatory at ABG. Ron, Ron
and their associates have created a tropical environment there that is
next to none.
