Natural fungicide

I have had many years experience applying herbicides as well as  
pesticides and currently hold a license for commercial application in  
the state of New Jersey.

  I have come to learn of the latest research pertaining to various  
diseases that are thought to be associated with certain commonly used  
herbicides and pesticides.

I have heard a few people share experiences of treating various tubers  
with fungicide prior to storage during dormancy. All have spoken of  
the use of commonly available fungicides that they purchased locally.

Does anybody know of all natural fungicides?

I have heard of the use of ground cinnamon for treating tubers, has  
anybody used cinnamon?

Are there any other natural herbicides, fungicides, pesticides that  
anybody has any knowledge of?  Common or not?  Easily obtainable or not?

There is currently research being done pertaining possible links to  
parkinson's disease and the use of commonly available herbicides.  
There are also suspected links to the use of various herbicides and  
other diseases.

Even though I am very careful during mixing and application of  
pesticides there is always a chance of exposure.

I would welcome any information no matter how trivial it may seem even  
if there is no solid evidence to back it up.
