What: A two-day seminar on Food System Planning, Development and Implementation
presented by the Community Food Security Coalition, a national alliance
collaborating on food policy issues. The training is designed for practitioners
and academics working on community-based food, nutrition and agriculture
projects. 

When: June 24, 9-5 pm and June 25, 9-3 pm.

Where: Civic Garden Center of Greater Cincinnati, 2715 Reading Road,
Cincinnati,
Ohio 45206

Seminar Cost: $65 CFSC Members, and $90 CFSC Nonmember

* There will be a pre-seminar tour included, leaving from the Civic Garden
Center on Thursday, June 24 at 9:00 am and returning at noon. Stops will be
made at Findlay Market, several Cincinnati community gardens and the
FreeStore/FoodBank providing a chance to see some of the collaborative projects
being created and implemented in the Greater Cincinnati area. Seminar includes
lunch on Thursday, and continental breakfast and lunch on Friday. Nonmember
rate
includes one year membership in CFSC.
