[cg] RE: Community Garden bylaws

Hi Sallly,

I am writing to you to get some ideas of different groups approaches to
bylaws, rules, regulations, recruitment etc.

Our Community Garden is a little bit different because it will be
sitting within a 4 acre Xeriscape Demo Garden. It is a joint effort of
the City of Greeley and Northern Colorado University. We will have some
plots dedicated to Graduate Students for research but would like the
other plots for community garden clubs or societies or for individuals.
We would also like to stay with the Xeriscape theme and encourage them
to do something water wise related. Such as vegetables with efficient
drip irrigation or tomato varieties that use less water etc.

Anyway, we are needing to draft agreements for these people to sign on
maintenance and intent. If you have copies of such agreements from
other communities, I would greatly appreciate them. You could email
them to me or fax. My information is below.

Thank you in advance. If you email just send it as text or something I
could open in Corel WP.
