The Delaware Center for Horticulture seeks a full-time Community Garden and Job Training Specialist to coordinate and promote DCH's community garden program and to manage all aspects of horticultural job training program for teens including training and contract management. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at the same time critical. Interes and ability to work with community gardeners, volunteers, seniors, and at-risk teens. Gardening experience and knowledge of regional plant material desirable. Physical work and knowledge of gardening tools necessary. Valid driver's license required.
