garden in anniston, AL

Hello Sally,
My friends and I are trying to organize a garden in Anniston , AL to help
provide for the various charitable org.s in our
area, Women's shelter, Salvation Army, Soup Bowl, ... Help. I am a graphic
artist and self taught gardener. I am stuck on
the problem of forming a non-profit so that contributors to our garden can
write off there donations. We have someone
willing to let us use there land, but we need the proper systems in place to
handle there business request's ie. tax write off,
insurance, liability so on. I would appreciate any feedback you have and
would like to see where your org. could help us
get started this year. thanks so much Joey Roberts
