conference registration PDF

Hi All,
It seems that some browsers are having trouble downloading the PDF
registration form that is on our website. If you are having trouble with it
then just print the form that is on the actual webpage, rather than the PDF.
Your browser should have a "print"  feature in one of the pull down menus.
Its location differs from IE to Navigator and Mac to PC but is most likely
under the first pull down menu on the left at the top of the browser.

Of course, if you want the PDF you will have to have Adobe's Acrobat Reader
to  be able to view it. It's a free download from
<http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html>
