RE: campus gardens

I can't think of a school that is doing that. Seems like you should be able
to get some help up that way, though. You have the National Gardening
Association, Shelburne Farms, and the Food Project all within a stone's
throw of UVM, not to mention those wild folks in Winooski who wanted to
build a dome over the whole town some years ago. In the past NGA had some
good connections with various types of institutional gardens of one kind or
another. Good luck.

Subject:	[cg] campus gardens

Hello, I am a student at the University of Vermont. A am currently
writing a
proposal for my senior project. I hope to set up raised beds and or
greenhouses on
campus in which food can be produced for use in the campus dining
halls. If anyone
has any suggestions as to how I can make this happen, your input would be
greatly
appreciated.

Thanks
Jesse

Also, if anybody knows of any university campuses where food production is
currently in operation, it would be great if you could let me know.
