Locating urban agriculture sites

I am a student doing my undergrad thesis on urban agriculture (which in many instances overlaps with community gardening).  I am very interested in contacting urban gardens and farms which grow economically viable crops on a fairly large site (5 acres+), those which are part of economic programs in low-income areas, and those utilizing produce to form "cottage industries" or create "value-added" foods.  I would very much appreciate any help you could give me in locating and contacting such groups.  I have seen your list of gardens, but feel it would be inefficient to review every location on the list.  Thank you for your help.  Jessica Noon Mosquera
